The UILO can help industry, government and non-profit partners to create flexible, on-going multi-faceted relationships with UBC research.

Each year, industry partners engage with UBC on more than 1,200 research projects, while another 1,000 collaborations are entered into with UBC by government and non-profits.

Our technologies are utilized by industry partners through more than 500 current license and assignment agreements and have formed the basis of more than 250 spin-off companies.
